Dumpling Factory was born from a simple belief: handmade food, folded with care and cooked to order, is worth the wait. We brought Northern China's kitchen traditions to Atlanta's Westside — and never looked back.
The craft behind every fold
Each dumpling is folded to order — fresh dough, hand-balanced filling, pleated by hand before it ever meets heat. Our xiaolongbao carry slow-simmered broth that melts into soup the moment steam hits it.
Rooted in Northern China
Our menu draws from Beijing's deep dumpling tradition — lamb & zucchini, chicken & corn, shrimp & pork shumai. Bold, specific combinations made by a team that grew up with them.
Landing at Westside Paper
We landed in Atlanta's warehouse-lined Westside Paper district to bring Buford Highway's flavors west. Atlanta Magazine named us among the city's best new restaurants — and we've kept pushing since.
